Whiskey Doughnut Glaze
2 oz Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey
1/4 cup whole milk (works great with oat milk too!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Whiskey together milk and vanilla extract in saucepan over low heat until warm. Sift confectioner's sugar into mixture. Whisk slowly until well combined and there are no clumps. Once mixed, remove the glaze from the heat. Add Misunderstood Whiskey. While the glaze is still warm, dip each donut into the glaze and set aside on a baking sheet. If desired, sift powdered sugar over donuts & enjoy! Makes glaze for 8 - 10 donuts.
