2 oz bacon infused misunderstood ginger spiced whiskey
2 dashes orange bitters
bourbon soaked cherry muddled
Lemon peel & bourbon cherry garnish
Combine bacon infused Misunderstood & bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir about 30 times. Muddle cherry in rocks glass. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Wipe rim of glass with lemon peel and garnish with bourbon soaked cherry.
*Bacon Infusion - Let the bacon fat and whiskey sit in a covered jar overnight in the fridge, strain a few times with cheese cloth or coffee filter to remove all fat and enjoy!
