Pumpkin “Spiked” Latte
1.5 oz Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey or Oat Nog
4 oz. milk (or dairy-free alternative)
3 oz. espresso
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
1 tbsp. maple syrup
.25 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
.25 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream & ground cinnamon, to garnish
In a microwave-safe mug, add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Then add Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey or Oat Nog and freshly brewed espresso. Finally, pour heated milk into the mug, and stir to combine. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
