2 oz misunderstood ginger spiced whiskey
2 oz pear juice (or 3/4 oz pear liquor)
1/2 Oz Lemon Juice
1/2 Oz simple syrup
4 dashes ground cinnamon
Rim coupe glass with ground nutmeg. Combine all ingredient in shaker with ice. Shake & strain. Serve up.
If you prefer to be fancy:
*Cinnamon Simple Syrup - you can simply add ground cinnamon to simple syrup OR… Bring 1 cup of water in a saucepan to a boil, add 3-4 cinnamon sticks, cover & boil for 10 minutes. Stir 1 cup of sugar in water until sugar is completely dissolved. Reduce for an additional 5 minutes.
