2 oz misunderstood ginger spiced whiskey

2-3 fresh plum slices muddled

1/4 oz good maple syrup

3 dashes angostura bitters

Rosemary garnish


Muddle plum & maple syrup in stirring glass. Add whiskey, bitters & ice. Stir 25 - 30 seconds. Strain through mesh strainer over 1 large cube in rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary spring (give the rosemary a good slap to release the essential oils of the rosemary).
